Coconut Fat Bomb

Fat bombs are small snacks of, what else, fat!


1/4 cup (2 oz) coconut oil (refined or virgin)
1/4 cup (2 oz) coconut butter
1 smidgen stevia (equivalent to 1 1/2 tsps sugar, see Resources)


Place jars of coconut oil and coconut butter in a warm oven until liquid. Combine ingredients in a measuring cup and pour into 8 cupcake liners with 1 tbsp/liner. These liners are rigid so there is no need to place in a tin. Refrigerate for one hour. Then pop the fat bombs out of the liners, stack them in a container, and store in the refrigerator.
