Coconut Fat Bomb
Fat bombs are small snacks of, what else, fat!
Place jars of coconut oil and coconut butter in a warm oven until liquid. Combine ingredients in a small sauce pan and heat to 200°F, mixing frequently while scraping the bottom of the pan, to kill any unwanted bacteria. Pour into a 1-cup measuring cup and then pour into 16 cupcake liners with 1 tbsp/liner. These liners are rigid so there is no need to place in a tin. Refrigerate for one hour. Then pop the fat bombs out of the liners, stack them in a container, and store in the refrigerator.
