16 oz of cauliflower florettes
3 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 oz parmesan cheese, grated
½ tsp sea salt
Place cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl with cream and butter. Microwave on high for about six minutes.
Toss with two spoons to coat cauliflower with cream/butter mixture. Microwave for another six minutes on high or until the cauliflower is fork tender.
