Peanut Butter Fudge

4 tbsps (½ stick) salted butter, softened
4 tbsps heavy cream
1 pinch stevia (equivalent to 1 tbsp sugar)
2 ml vanilla
½ cup JIF smooth peanut butter

Combine all ingredients except for peanut butter and mix with a hand mixer (2 beaters). Then add peanut butter and blend until smooth.
