Curry Cream Sauce

With the spices indicated this produces a mild curry that tastes great on Mashed Cauliflower and eggs..


3 tbsps unsalted butter
2 tsps curry powder
½ tsp sea salt
1 cup heavy cream


In a small pan melt butter and add curry powder. After briefly cooking add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, and reduce until it starts to thicken (10-15 minutes). Tastes good with eggs or spooned over Mashed Cauliflower.
