Almond Butter Fudge
4 tbsps (1/2 stick) salted butter, softened
4 tbsps heavy cream
1 pinch stevia (equivalent to 1 tbsp sugar)
2 ml vanilla
1/2 cup Zinke Orchards' Creamy Almond Butter

Zinke's almond butter has one ingredient—dry roasted almonds. Sometimes natural oil separation occurs and the best way to resolve this issue is to scoop the almond butter into a small bowl, mix it with a hand mixer (2 beaters), and return it to jar.
For the fudge combine all ingredients except for almond butter and mix with a hand mixer. Then add almond butter, blend until smooth, and refrigerate.
