PTLens License Instructions

The following instructions explain how to install the PTLens license. It is assumed that you have already installed the trial version of PTLens available at the PTLens Home Page. Be sure you have the latest release of PTLens. This license may not work on earlier releases. To install the license copy the license PTLicense.dat to your desktop. Then do the following:

• Close all applications, such as Photoshop, that use PTLens as a plug-in
• On the PC:
  • Start the standalone application. It will have an icon made of concentric blue squares that indicates PTLens. When first installed this icon appears on your Desktop. If it is no longer present it may be invoked as follows:
    • Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7: choose Start > All Programs > PTLens
    • Windows 8 or later: Press and release the Windows key on your keyboard to bring up the Start screen, then type PTLens
  • In the standalone application choose "Help > Install License"
• On the Mac:
  • Start the standalone application, PTLens.app. It will have an icon made of concentric blue squares that indicates PTLens.
  • In the standalone application, PTLens.app, choose PTLens > Preferences and click on the Install License button in the Preferences dialog
  • In the plug-ins or the external editor choose the Preferences button and click on the Install License button in the Preferences dialog
• In the dialog that opens when you choose Install License navigate to file PTLicense.dat on your desktop and Open the license
• Restart PTLens for the license to take effect

To verify your license do one of the following:

• On the PC: Choose "Help > About" to view your licensing information
• On the Mac: Open the standalone program and choose "PTLens > About PTLens" to view your licensing information

Once the license is installed, and "Trial Version" no longer displays in the title bar, you may safely remove the license from your desktop.

THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS

To enable full functionality for BreezeBrowserPro and RadCor copy the license to the installation directory. On most computers this will be at the following location:

BreezeBrowserPro: C:\Program Files\BreezeSys\BreezeBrowserPro
RadCor: C:\Program Files\RadCor
